In a move that will be heralded in future as another stroke of his genius, the recently deposed head of a major cricketing format has registered a company that will run the world’s first Official Games called Everyone Wins Games 2014. To be familiarly called EWG 2014 the format promises a lot and clearly heralds the times we live in. In anticipation of its success the organizers have declared that they expect this to be held at least once every year. EWG 2014 Key Games is to be played with about 12 different games to start with and the spotlight would clearly be on games like Weightlifting, Swimming, Athletics and Cricket. ‘Since one of the highlights of the games is that you can officially take banned peformance drugs and perform, these events clearly have many world renowned names and record holders who will now be able to sign up and participate without fear” commented their Chief Games Strategist. The games are expected to have many world records broken, since there is no limit to substance abuse of any form. Advertisers are expected to include a large number of drug companies who believe that their time is soon to come. In addition, something that will make this a sure shot winner is that registered and certified bookies will be allowed to directly influence players. ‘However there will be a strict system’ opined the CGS ‘in that there will be a pre declared list of athletes and players who would belong to a specific bookie and this way we can keep the BP (Book n Play) system transparent and fair to all.’ The interesting twist therefore would be that no one would really know who has been fixed for how much and for what purpose therefore making this completely fair game for the participant, the advertiser and the viewer. Thousands of inquiries about tickets have already jammed the website tickets@ewg2014.gam and the organizers have apologized for this inconvenience and hope to have the issues fixed (meaning rectified) shortly.
